Candidate window details

Targetable residues are highlighted; a vertical bar marks a deletion junction. These are candidate windows. Emitted products lists the exact manufactured sequences.

Each epitope is paired with its recorded WT comparator when available. Underlined WT residues differ at the same sequence position. WT does not establish an observed patient-normal sequence.

Groups share recorded window evidence, not independent biological events. Differences in source support, flanks, target masks, comparators, admission or unrounded predictions keep groups distinct. Exact repeated tables are shown once below; each table lists all linked sources. Full source identities are in Methods and provenance.

Grouping uses full recorded precision. Displayed numeric values are rounded.
