  A dataset is what a portal cites and distributes, so this page answers a reuser's questions in
  the order they ask them: what it is and whether its data is published, under what licence, what
  it holds and how it grew, how to cite it, and who made it.

  The anatomy and the facts column come from `overview/page.html`. Its context is gathered by
  the dataset's `Overview` plugin in `fairdm/core/dataset/plugins.py`.

  Dataset blocks in the wide column: overview.about, overview.data (shown only while the dataset
  is empty), overview.charts, overview.map. In the facts column: overview.timeline,
  overview.publications.
