Any recipient who accepts these terms is granted permission to use, copy, modify,
and perform this software in source and binary forms, for internal non-commercial
research purposes.

1. Permission. The recipient may use the software solely for education, academic
research, internal evaluation, experimentation, and other noncommercial research

2. Prohibited Uses. The recipient agrees that the following uses are prohibited: (1)
use of the software for any commercial purposes, including indirect commercial uses
including but not limited to development of commercial products, or on a website that
accepts advertising money for content; (2) sell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise
exploit the software for commercial gain; (3) distribute, publish, repost, mirror, or
make the software available to any third party; (4) post the software or any
substantial portion of it on the internet or in a public repository; or (5) provide access
to the software to anyone outside your organization or research team except as
needed for the permitted research use and subject to the same restrictions.

3. AI-generated content. Some or all of the software may have been generated or
assisted by artificial intelligence tools. The software is provided as-is, and no
representation is made that any portion is free from third-party rights, errors,
omissions, or model-generated defects.

4. Retained rights. The University of Washington retains all rights not expressly
provided in this license.

5. Termination. This license will terminate automatically upon the breach of any of
the terms herein, and all rights granted to the recipient will end. Upon termination
the recipient agrees to delete all copies of the software.

6. Use of Names. Neither the name of the University of Washington nor the names
of its contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this
