### Additional Terms for WATERMARKLAB

1. Patent Grant
   By contributing to this project, each contributor grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer the contributions they have provided.

2. No Trademark License
   This license does not grant any rights to use the names, trademarks, service marks, or logos of the authors, contributors, or affiliated organizations. Any use of such marks requires separate written permission.

3. Ethical Use Clause
   The Software includes functionalities for watermark removal (e.g., "attackers") for research and defensive purposes only.
   You agree not to use the Software to:
   - Remove watermarks from copyrighted or AI-generated content without explicit authorization;
   - Facilitate large-scale piracy, content theft, or unauthorized redistribution;
   - Bypass content provenance, authentication, or regulatory compliance systems in production environments;
   - Generate or distribute disinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive or harm.

4. Data and Model Restrictions
   Any pre-trained models, datasets, or auxiliary components distributed with the Software are subject to their own licenses. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with those third-party licenses and applicable laws.

5. Export Compliance
   You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade sanctions, and anti-terrorism laws and regulations when using, modifying, or distributing the Software. You may not use the Software in connection with weapons of mass destruction, surveillance of civilians without due process, or other prohibited end-uses.

6. Contributions
