Extension point: rendered inside the search modal's `x-data="siteSearch"` body,
immediately before the results list. Override it from your own
`templates/admin_site_search/modal_before_results.html` to inject UI around the
search box (banners, chips, help panels, etc.); the override runs in the existing
`siteSearch` Alpine scope and can read `value` / `helpText` / `results` and call
`focusOnInput()` / `onInputDebounce()`.
