WMO IWXXM 3.0 — Open Data Distribution Terms
=============================================

The IWXXM (ICAO Meteorological Information Exchange Model) 3.0 schemas
distributed in `src/aviconv_met/schemas/iwxxm-3.0/` originate from the
World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and are made available under
the WMO open-data terms.

The WMO open-data policy permits unrestricted use, reproduction, and
redistribution of these schemas provided that:

1. The WMO is credited as the source.
2. No representation is made that the WMO endorses or is responsible
for any derivative work, application, or service that uses the
   schemas.
3. The schemas themselves are distributed without modification (or
with clearly marked modifications, where modifications are
technically necessary — none have been made in this bundle).

The dependent schemas (gml/3.2.1, om/2.0, sams/2.0, sweCommon/2.0,
metce/1.3) carry their own headers naming the OGC and WMO as their
respective copyright holders; those headers are preserved verbatim in
the bundled XSDs.

aviconv-met is MIT-licensed. The bundled WMO and OGC schemas retain
their original terms. No part of aviconv-met should be construed as
an official WMO, ICAO, OGC, or national-meteorological-service
product.
