  <c-list> — daisyUI `list`: rows of like records, each laid out the same way.

  Use for homogeneous records a reader compares down the page; use cards for
  mixed content. An optional `title` renders as the list's first, non-row item.

  Attributes:
    title  – small heading row above the items
    label  – accessible name for the list, when there's no visible title
    class  – extra classes on the <ul>
