Welcome to Eclipse CARE

Eclipse CARE (CLI Assessment and Recommendation Engine) is a command-line utility to help Eclipse projects apply best practices. It can both assess the project, and provide a report on the current state, and recommend practical improvements, e.g. adding licence headers to files.
