Upload to server POSTs the bytes to /science/uploads (content-addressed, sha256-deduped server-side). View renders JCAMP-DX 1D spectra inline (no compression). Discuss with agent sends a chat turn that references the staged metadata. If the file is uploaded, the agent gets the server upload_id too.
