home_feed.html: the home page's "Recently earned" strip (doc 17, OQ-105): the newest medal and ribbon tiers of visible
pilots in the selected scope, newest first, at most 8. Rarer tiers carry a ring or a glow (rarity--rare, rarity--epic).
Left out on purpose: hall-of-shame entries, bronze ribbons and bronze medals that a fifth of the pilots hold already.
A hidden mission's sortie is not linked. Reads its own rows with {% recent_medals tour as feed %} (two reads, one when
nothing was earned); shows nothing when there are none. Context: tour, tour_query.
