  col_th.html ({% col_th _("Elo") numeric=True hint="elo" %}): a plain column header, with a description when it has a
  `hint` (a key of web/column_hints.py or a ready text). {% sort_th %} renders the same description through
  {% include "il2ks/components/col_hint.html" %}.
  Context: label, numeric (right-aligned column), hint, hint_id (unique on the page).
  Without a hint it is an ordinary <th>. With one the header carries class "has-hint": a hidden role="tooltip" element
  holds the text, the label (focusable) points at it with aria-describedby, and il2ks.js places it on hover, focus and
  tap (CSS alone shows it on hover and focus, at the label's own position). The marker is decoration for pointers.
