  mod_filter.html ({% mod_filter mod_filters %}): one any / with / without switch per significant weapon modification of
an aircraft type, three links styled like the role toggle (`.tour-toggle`). Plain links that keep the other query
parameters, so it works with or without JS. Context: rows ((modification name, [(label, href, current)]) pairs).
