  detail_achievements.html: the profile's achievements (FR-WEB-26, doc 17): medals first (the highest tier of every medal the
  player has earned in the selected scope), then the ribbon rack (the simpler achievements), each linking to the sortie that
  earned it, and links to the full list and the overview. The scope follows the tour choice (TD-26: a tour, or all time with
  ?tour=all). Hall-of-shame ribbons are in detail_shame.html. Shows nothing for a player without a medal or ribbon.
