Parameters

Licensor: Trigora, Inc.

Licensed Work: TCC Engine, version 26.10.0.
The Licensed Work is (c) 2026 Trigora, Inc.

Additional Use Grant: You may make production use of the Licensed Work
without obtaining a separate commercial license from
the Licensor, provided that all of the following
                      conditions are satisfied:

                      1. The Annual Gross Revenue of you and your Affiliates,
calculated on a consolidated basis, is less than
                         USD $2,000,000; and

                      2. Your use does not include offering the Licensed Work
to third parties on a hosted or embedded basis as
part of a Competitive Execution Offering.

For purposes of this Additional Use Grant:

“Annual Gross Revenue” means the total gross revenue,
before deduction of expenses, of you and your
Affiliates for the most recently completed fiscal year.
If you have not yet completed a fiscal year, Annual
Gross Revenue means your total gross revenue from
formation through the date on which the determination
                      is made.

“Affiliate” means any entity that directly or
indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under
                      common control with you.

“Control” means ownership of more than fifty percent
(50%) of the voting interests of an entity or the power
to direct its management or policies.

“Competitive Execution Offering” means a product or
service offered to third parties whose primary purpose
is to provide durable execution, workflow execution or
                      orchestration, agent execution or orchestration,
                      continuation checkpointing, execution recovery, or
                      substantially similar execution infrastructure using
the Licensed Work or a derivative work of the Licensed
                      Work.

“Hosted” means operating the Licensed Work, or a
derivative work of the Licensed Work, for third parties
as part of a Competitive Execution Offering.

“Embedded” means including source code or executable
code from the Licensed Work in a Competitive Execution
Offering, or packaging a Competitive Execution Offering
in such a way that the Licensed Work must be accessed,
installed, or downloaded for that offering to operate.

Using the Licensed Work as an internal component of
your own application or service is not a Competitive
Execution Offering merely because that application or
service is provided to third parties, provided that the
primary purpose of the application or service is not to
                      provide the execution infrastructure capabilities
                      described above.

A product or service that is not a Competitive
Execution Offering when it is first made generally
available will not become a Competitive Execution
Offering solely because the Licensor later releases
                      additional products, services, or capabilities.

Any production use by you or your Affiliates when
Annual Gross Revenue is USD $2,000,000 or greater
requires a separate commercial license from the
                      Licensor.

Any use of the Licensed Work as part of a Competitive
Execution Offering requires a separate commercial
license from the Licensor regardless of Annual Gross
                      Revenue.
