  korvid footer.

  Replaces Material's default footer meta — a lone "Made with Material for
  MkDocs" line — with a footer that actually identifies the project: the
  original korvid mark, the tagline from `site_description`, the four
  destinations a reader most often wants next, and the license.

  Internal links go through MkDocs' `url` filter because the site is served
  from the `/korvid/` subpath on GitHub Pages; a hardcoded `/ops/` would work
  locally and 404 in production. The upstream theme attribution stays.
