4 Report landed
Moment 3 is the new one. The lens is dim for the same reason it is dim during a run, the subtitle uses the shipped shimmer, and the hand-over from 2 to 3 should not pass through a resting subtitle (a native prior and a 2 second floor, section 3.3 of the plan). In 4 the lens lights and the subtitle is gone: nothing says "ready".

The lens lights, the subtitle clears. If the researcher was already on Signals, the cards appear in place. The bare sentiment cards seen on the first open (12 cards, no names) never show.

Picking up Signals…NEW, owner-written. One key, 21 locales, to be approved. In-family alternatives: "Writing Signals…", "Building Signals…" (stage verbs name the work). Row budget about 22 characters: German and Finnish renderings would truncate.

Drawn, not shipped: the sidebar glyphs are stand-ins for SF Symbols, and the sidebar colours are approximations of the system source list. Checked against the sidebar screenshots from the 30 Oct walk. The shimmer gate is running-only today; extending it here is an owner question. It stops under reduced motion.
