xa Claude Code sessions

Live Claude processes on this machine that aren't reachable via a remote URL — started outside xa, without remote control, or blocked by something that needs a human (e.g. Claude needs /login again after an auth expiry — the card's badge and hint say exactly what to do). tmux-hosted ones can usually be fixed with the Enable remote button.
