The site's mark: the logo when there is one, otherwise the acronym tile and the title.
Shared by the sidebar and the two sign-in screens so the three cannot drift.

Context: ``settings`` and ``mark_class`` (the tile's class on this surface).

``LOGO_DARK`` is a second image, swapped in by CSS (vantage.css, "brand") under the
same two conditions the theme tokens use — an explicit ``data-theme="dark"``, or the
device preference when no theme is pinned. CSS rather than ``<picture>``, because a
``<source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)">`` follows the device and would show
the dark logo on a page the user has switched to light. The hidden one is
``display: none``, so assistive technology reads exactly one name.

With a logo, the acronym tile is still rendered but shown only in the collapsed
sidebar, where a wide logo has no room and the strip would otherwise be blank.
