FINDINGS: Mild dependent atelectasis in the lung bases. Liver and biliary tree: Mild intrahepatic biliary prominence increased compared to prior. Cyst in the right hepatic lobe measuring 9 mm unchanged. Gallbladder: Surgically absent. Common bile duct measures up to 8 mm, increased from 6 mm previously, and tapers distally. Focus of internal density within the common bile duct. Previously described trace pelvic free fluid has resolved. Spleen: Normal. Pancreas: Normal. No pancreatitis. Adrenal glands: Normal. Kidneys and ureters: Normal. Gastrointestinal tract: Approximately 2 cm structure with fecalized internal contents associated with the proximal jejunum, not identified on the prior study and causing approximately 50% luminal narrowing. Peritoneal cavity: No free fluid. Bladder: Mildly thickened bladder wall. Uterus and ovaries: Normal uterus. 2.1 x 1.5 cm right corpus luteum cyst. Left ovary unremarkable. Vasculature: Patent. Lymph nodes: Normal. Abdominal wall: Normal. Musculoskeletal: Normal.
1. Mildly increased intrahepatic biliary and common bile duct dilatation, with focus of internal density within the common bile duct. MRCP/ERCP would be helpful for further evaluation. Preliminary results were reviewed and minor modifications were made in this final report as follows: Mildly increased intrahepatic biliary and common bile duct dilatation, with focus of internal density within the common bile duct.
