Dark palette — "deep tech"

A dark scheme provided as a substitution. Source repo hard-codes color-scheme: light; this scheme exists because the Atlas (3D graph) reads better on near-black, and because operator dashboards benefit from low-emission backgrounds at night. Toggle with data-theme="dark"; persisted in localStorage['ovp-theme'].
