obsidian vault pipeline.

A geometric mark that diagrams the OVP architecture: three stacked bars in the brand's text color, each shorter and softer than the last, funneling into a terracotta circle. The bars are Source · Candidate · Canonical State compacting through Governance; the dot is the Projection the reader sees. The full-stop after the wordmark wears the same terracotta — a tiny callback the source repo already uses (brand.dot).

Wordmark — primary lockup

Same lockup on light and dark surfaces. Bars + wordmark inherit currentColor; the terracotta dot stays fixed across schemes.

Monogram — favicon, app icon, profile mark

Bars use currentColor, so they invert with the surface; the dot keeps its terracotta identity (slightly brighter on dark for legibility).

Construction (40 × 40 grid)

Bar widths
22 / 16 / 10 units — a 3:2 funnel ratio. Opacity drops 100 → 65 → 40 to read as compaction.
Dot
r=4 at (30, 26.6). 50% wider than a bar, anchored on the rightmost pipeline column.
Wordmark color
Bars use currentColor; dot is hard-coded #9f4f24 (terracotta accent). Inverts cleanly on dark.
Type
IBM Plex Sans 600, lowercase, letter-spacing -0.005em, 24px in the wordmark SVG. Period rendered at weight 700 in terracotta.

Why this mark

Caveat: still a proposal. The source repo has no logo. Confirm with the OVP author before treating as final.
