Qualitative full-scale sweep — NOT a quantitative reproduction. The money shot: every Increment 0–10 mechanism wired into ONE per-MCS loop (run_full_model), rendered as the live cell mosaic at the paper's shipped 0.3 mm scale — a 35×35 (1,225-cell) epithelial patch with macrophage / NK / CD8⁺ clusters, run the full ~3.5 simulated days (5,040 MCS) at full lattice resolution. Play it: the seeded lesion of infected (■) cells spreads across the healthy (■) sheet, and Increment-10 ROS-driven death then sweeps the epithelium to a dead (■) core — the green→orange→grey collapse Sego 2022 Fig 2/3 shows — while macrophages (■), NK (■) and CD8⁺ (■) act on the same lattice. This is a single-seed realization for visual realism, not the calibrated 50-replica ensemble: the companion Fig-7 time-course card evaluates the quantitative acceptance bands (still at reduced scale, band_eval.passed=False), and full quantitative Fig-7 calibration is ongoing (Mac-mini Phase-B). The Fig-7 dose-response card is the companion readout. Read this as the mechanism's spatial behaviour, not a reproduced verdict.
