To set SpotMAX analysis
parameters use the panel
on the left.
If the panel is not visible
you need to click on the little
arrow button (center-left side).

To view/edit a previously
analysed Position folder
click on the toolbar
button with a folder
icon (Ctrl+O).

Note: to create a new
segmentation mask use the
Cell-ACDC GUI (module 3).
