カフェウォール錯視。目地は厳密な水平線なのに、傾いて見える。

`shift は 1 行ごとの市松のずれ(size` 比)。ずれが 0 または 0.5 では

錯視は消える —— 0.25 前後が最も強いというのが古典的な観察で、この op は

そのままずらし量を振れるようにしてある(`shift=0.25` が既定ではないのは、

生成器の既定値で「効果が最大」を主張したくないため)。

不変量: 目地の中心 y は `k * size`(k = 1..rows-1)ちょうど。
