? interval change ? interval change

COMPARISON: Chest radiographs since ___ most recently ___ and
 ___

 IMPRESSION:

Moderate bilateral pleural effusion has increased and severe left lower lobe
consolidation, presumably collapse, has not improved since ___.
Nasogastric tube is been advanced into the stomach and out of view. Right
central venous line ends in the upper right atrium. ET tube is in standard
placement. No pneumothorax. Severe cardiomegaly is stable, and the pulmonary
vasculature is engorged, but at least in the aerated portions of the lungs
there is no good evidence for edema. Worsening bilateral pleural effusions
 remain a concern.
