Delay Repay
What the figures mean
- Right Time
- Left at or before its booked time. The rail industry's strictest measure.
- T-3 and T-15
- Left under 3 minutes, or under 15 minutes, after its booked time.
- Cancelled
- Shown as cancelled on the board when it was due. A cancelled train misses every other measure, as the industry counts it.
- On time (buses)
- Left under the bus late threshold after its timetabled time (2 minutes, set on the Dashboard settings page). Early counts as on time.
- Delay Repay
- Trains that reached your filter station 15 or more, or 30 or more, minutes after their booked time there: train companies pay Delay Repay from one or the other. It needs a Service Details key, to follow each train after it leaves. The time is when Darwin reported the train there, or its last estimate as it got there, marked "estimated". Rail replacement buses and ferries aren't listed. Check with the train company before you claim.
- Not known, No tracker
- Gone with no time to tell how late it was: a train shown only as "Delayed", or a bus with no live tracker. These are left out of the percentages.
Each figure is a share of the departures with a known outcome: "62% (31 of 50)" means 31 of 50. Figures are from your station, not the end of the journey, so they won't match a train company's own. Each span needs departures on at least 3 days first. The last 7 and 28 days include today.
