1. License Name and Version

This license is the RNA Third-Party Service Attribution License 1.0
("License"). It is a source-available license that requires attribution for
paid third-party service use.

2. Copyright Holder

The copyright holder and Licensor is R_N_A, publicly identified through the
GitHub account RNA4219. "RNA4219" is the Licensor's public developer and
repository identifier.

3. Definitions

"Covered Materials" means the materials distributed under this License,
including source code, command-line interfaces, executable components, skill
definitions, prompts and operational instructions, reference documents,
templates, schemas, golden examples, evaluation rubrics, workflow definitions,
associated documentation, and substantial modified copies of any of the
foregoing. Covered Materials do not include abstract concepts, general ideas,
or general quality-assurance techniques as such, and this License does not
claim exclusive rights in them.

"Affiliate" means an entity that directly or indirectly controls, is
controlled by, or is under common control with an organization. "Control"
means the power to direct the management or policies of an entity, whether
through ownership, agreement, or otherwise.

"Internal Use" means use by an individual, an organization, or an Affiliate
controlled by that organization for products or systems that the individual,
organization, or Affiliate owns, operates, or provides on its own behalf. A
paid product or software-as-a-service offering remains Internal Use when the
Covered Materials are used internally and are not themselves provided as a
quality-assurance, testing, development-support, consulting, managed, or
similar service for a third party.

"Paid Third-Party Service Use" means using all or part of the Covered
Materials, directly or indirectly for compensation, for a third party's
product, system, code, release, quality decision, or deliverable. It includes
paid quality assurance, software testing, acceptance verification, release
assessment, development support, consulting, managed services, outsourcing,
delegated or quasi-mandate services, staff augmentation, subcontracting, and
similar services. Compensation includes a separate fee, monthly fee,
person-month or staffing fee, delegated-service fee, consulting fee,
subscription, a fee bundled into another service, subcontracting fee, or other
commercial consideration.

"Customer" means both a direct contractual customer and an organization that
actually owns or operates the relevant product or system and is the ultimate
beneficiary of the service. In a subcontracting chain, notice need not be sent
by direct contact outside normal contractual channels, but it must reach the
ultimate beneficiary's technical team through the ordinary contractual chain
or a customer-facing deliverable.

"Attribution Notice" means a notice containing: (a) the tool name; (b)
"Original developer: RNA4219"; (c) the official repository URL; (d) the
version or commit SHA used; and (e) "Modified: yes" or "Modified: no".

"Modified Version" means Covered Materials that have been changed. A
configuration file, Customer data, input data, or execution result alone does
not make the Covered Materials a Modified Version.

"Commercial License" means a separate written agreement with the Licensor
that expressly permits use without the Customer-facing Attribution Notice.

This License does not claim ownership of a user's or Customer's input data,
Customer data, code under test, specification under test, independently
created deliverable, or a general report merely generated through use of the
Covered Materials. A template, document, schema, rubric, skill definition, or
other material substantially copied from the Covered Materials remains Covered
Materials.

4. General License Grant

Subject to compliance with this License, the Licensor grants you a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, execute, copy, internally modify,
create derivative works from, redistribute, and make commercial use of the
Covered Materials. Commercial use is not prohibited. Paid Third-Party Service
Use is subject to Sections 6 and 7.

5. Internal and Community Use

Personal use, research, education, open-source activities, and Internal Use
are permitted without charge and do not require a Customer Attribution Notice.
This includes internal quality assurance and continuous integration for an
organization's own paid product or software-as-a-service offering, provided
the Covered Materials are not used to provide a paid service for a third party.

For the avoidance of doubt, if an activity constitutes Paid Third-Party
Service Use, Sections 6 and 7 apply even if the same activity may also be
described as personal use, research, education, or an open-source activity.

6. Paid Third-Party Service Use

Paid Third-Party Service Use is permitted without an additional license fee if
an Attribution Notice is provided for the engagement. The notice must be
provided by the earlier of: (a) delivery of the first Customer-facing
deliverable; or (b) 30 days after use of the Covered Materials begins for that
engagement. If the Covered Materials are introduced into an existing
engagement, the 30-day period begins on introduction.

One notice per engagement is sufficient. This License does not require a
notice on every screen, a permanent banner, or a notice in every test case.
For subcontracted work, the notice must reach the ultimate beneficiary's
technical team through the ordinary contractual chain or a deliverable.

7. Customer Attribution Notice

The Attribution Notice must be placed where it is reasonably accessible to at
least one of the Customer's technical contact, development team, quality
assurance team, product team, or designated project lead. Suitable locations
include a project README, test plan, first test report, Go/No-Go brief,
third-party software list, tools-used list, contract schedule, or other
Customer-accessible project document.

An entry only in the service provider's internal register, package metadata
not delivered to the Customer, an unrelated general website, or a location
not reasonably accessible to the Customer's technical team is insufficient.
The Customer name and engagement name need not be made public. A private
Customer-facing document is sufficient. No Customer confidential information
must be sent to the Licensor.

8. Attribution-Free Commercial License

White-label Paid Third-Party Service Use that omits the Customer-facing
Attribution Notice requires a separate written Commercial License. Such an
agreement waives only the attribution duties that it expressly identifies. It
does not grant a right to claim false authorship, and it does not automatically
include support, a service-level agreement, implementation assistance,
customization, or a quality warranty.

9. Redistribution and Modified Versions

Redistribution of the Covered Materials or a Modified Version is permitted
only if the distribution: (a) includes this LICENSE; (b) includes the NOTICE;
(c) preserves the original copyright and authorship notices; (d) clearly
states when the distributed materials are modified; (e) does not represent
the distributor or another person as the original developer; and (f) preserves
the original licenses and notices for Third-Party Materials.

10. Embedded Notices and Provenance

License information, copyright notices, authorship notices, and provenance
information already embedded in the Covered Materials or a distribution must
not be removed, falsified, or materially obscured on redistribution. This
condition does not require adding machine-readable fields to an existing
artifact or runtime-output schema.

11. No False Authorship

Neither this License nor a Commercial License permits you to state or imply
that you are the original developer, replace the original developer's name
with another name, cause a third party to be mistaken for the original
developer, falsify a copyright notice, or present a Modified Version as the
unmodified original.

12. No Trademark or Endorsement Rights

This License grants no right to use a project name, logo, trademark, or trade
name in a way that states or implies official partnership, sponsorship,
certification, or endorsement. Truthful identification in an Attribution
Notice is permitted.

13. Third-Party Materials

Materials identified as third-party, vendored, copied, or separately licensed
are governed by their original license terms and notices, not by this License.
You must retain those terms and notices. Dependency lockfiles and package
metadata remain the authoritative records for ordinary external dependencies.

14. Termination and Cure

Your rights under this License terminate when you fail to comply with it. For
a first or unintentional violation, if you receive written notice describing
the violation and cure it within 30 days after receipt, your rights continue
or, if already terminated, are automatically reinstated upon cure. Cure may
include providing the Customer Attribution Notice, restoring NOTICE, correcting
an inaccurate original-developer statement, identifying a Modified Version, or
adding LICENSE to a distribution. The treatment of continuing, repeated, or
intentional violations is not expanded by this draft beyond rights and
remedies available under applicable law.

15. No Warranty

THE COVERED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU BEAR THE
RISK OF USING THE COVERED MATERIALS AND OF ANY QUALITY OR RELEASE DECISION.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT,
OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COVERED
MATERIALS OR THEIR USE OR OTHER DEALINGS.

17. No Support or SLA

This License does not require the Licensor to provide maintenance, support,
updates, security fixes, implementation assistance, service levels, or any
quality assurance.

18. Entire License and Severability

This License states the complete public license terms for the Covered
Materials, except for a separate written agreement signed by the Licensor. If
any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the
minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in
effect. No governing-law, exclusive-jurisdiction, arbitration, audit-right,
penalty, or minimum-fee term is created by this License.
