WRIST MRI ANALYSIS - Evaluate the following structures systematically:

1. TRIANGULAR FIBROCARTILAGE COMPLEX (TFCC):
   - Central disc and peripheral attachments (foveal, ulnar styloid)
   - Signal, perforation/tear, Palmer classification (traumatic vs. degenerative)
   - Ulnar variance and ulnar impaction changes

2. INTRINSIC LIGAMENTS:
   - Scapholunate (SL) ligament: continuity, partial/complete tear, widening of SL interval
   - Lunotriquetral (LT) ligament: signal and integrity
   - Associated DISI/VISI alignment

3. CARPAL BONES:
   - Scaphoid: fracture (waist most common), nonunion, avascular necrosis (proximal pole)
   - Lunate: Kienbock disease (AVN), signal staging
   - Bone marrow edema, occult fracture, cysts

4. TENDONS:
   - Extensor compartments (I-VI): tendinosis, tenosynovitis (e.g. de Quervain in compartment I)
   - Flexor tendons and flexor carpi radialis/ulnaris

5. CARPAL TUNNEL:
   - Median nerve: caliber change, signal, flattening
   - Flexor retinaculum bowing, tenosynovitis, space-occupying lesions

6. JOINTS & CARTILAGE:
   - Radiocarpal and distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) congruity and effusion
   - Articular cartilage, ganglion cysts (dorsal/volar)

7. BONE & SOFT TISSUES:
   - Distal radius/ulna for fracture or edema
   - Ulnar (Guyon) canal
