The Python runtime files, templates, and parameter data are unchanged. Changes:
- Distribution name and post-release version; import name and CLI retained.
- Explicit setuptools package discovery, missing openmm dependency, and licence metadata.
- manylinux_2_28_x86_64 wheel tag for the bundled native executable.
- AutoGrid rebuilt from supplied source; compatibility patch and build script included.
- Redistribution/readme/release/provenance documentation and complete licence texts.

Uni-Dock Tools Python code: Apache License 2.0; LICENSE retained verbatim.
Bundled src/unidock_tools/modules/protein_prep/receptor_topology/bin/autogrid4:
AutoGrid version string 4.2.9+caddforge.1.

Upstream AutoGrid: https://github.com/ccsb-scripps/AutoGrid
Source tag v4.2.9, commit 6d2847beaeac8ff43ca99094707fd74e3ca1ff37.
Complete corresponding source, upstream COPYING, compatibility.patch,
build.py, and PROVENANCE.json are supplied in vendor/autogrid/ in the source
archive and share/caddforge-unidock-tools/autogrid/ in the installed wheel.
The compatibility patch preserves the original distance tables/precision and
collision behavior using a direct neighbor scan, and restores the GPL-licensed
2017 hydrogen-bond vector loop (commit c3d5eafe08e53c59d4479f9338b6e769e8ccdbb2). Optional BH-tree files with
conflicting MSMS-specific notices are not distributed or linked. OpenMP is retained.
The original ADFR Suite 1.0 executable was identified by an exact SHA256 match,
but its complete source was not verified. It is not included in these artifacts.

AutoDock is a Trade Mark of The Scripps Research Institute.
COPYING.GPL-2 supplies the GNU GPL version 2 text for these components.
CADDForge's separate MIT licence does not relicense these sources.

The bundled executable statically links GCC 11.4.0 libgomp, the GNU Offloading
and Multi Processing Library. Copyright (C) 2005-2021 Free Software Foundation,
Inc.; contributed by Richard Henderson. GPL version 3 or later with GCC Runtime
Library Exception version 3.1. COPYING.GPL-3, GCC-RUNTIME-EXCEPTION, and
GCC-RUNTIME-NOTICE retain the licence, exception, and original header notice.
The exception permits this eligible GCC-compiled combination under terms
consistent with the independent AutoGrid modules; it does not relicense
Uni-Dock Tools Python code. No separate libgomp installation is required.
