Usage

A general affine transform combining rotation (`-20 to +20 degrees, determined by a) and shear (determined by b). Applies ndimage.affine_transform relative to the center, filling outside the frame by reflection. Corresponds to HALCON's affine_trans_image` (Apply an arbitrary affine 2D transformation to images) -- HALCON allows passing an arbitrary 2x3/3x3 transform matrix directly, but this is an approximation limited to a two-parameter rotation+shear.
