Call: fullseye.apply(img, "affine_warp", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

Applies an arbitrary affine transformation (rotation + shear) to an image. Equivalent to HALCON's `affine_trans_image` (Apply an arbitrary affine 2D transformation to images.).
