Call: import annotate; annotate.annotate_markers(img, points, labels=None, start=1, radius=9.0, color='emphasis', text_color=None, font_size=11, scheme='okabe_ito', font_path=None, min_contrast=2.0) (or opsannotate.get("annotate_markers"))

Usage

Returns an image (image2d): a round marker carrying a number (or a short string) at each point.

:func:annotate_legend と同じ `start / labels` を渡せば、図中の番号と

凡例の番号が必ず一致する。

Parameters

points : (N, 2)

(x, y)。画像の外の点は ValueError。

labels : sequence of str or None

None なら `start` から連番。

radius : float

円の半径[px]。文字が入らなければ ValueError。

点が空・非有限・画像外、labels の数不一致、文字が円に入らない、

文字色と円色のコントラスト不足。
