aug_rolling_shutter — 2D augmentation op

Data kinds: imageimage

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "aug_rolling_shutter", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

Usage

Rolling-shutter skew. A CMOS rolling shutter exposes rows sequentially, so a scene (or camera) panning horizontally shifts each row by an amount linear in its row index -- a pure horizontal shear. `a sets the peak shift 0.25*W*a px (the shear is centred so the middle row is unmoved), b` sets the pan direction (b < 0.5 -> shift right with increasing row, otherwise left). Resampled bilinearly with reflecting borders.
