get_region_contour — 2D region op

Data kinds: regionregion

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "get_region_contour", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

HALCON equivalent: get_region_contour (the HALCON reference is a useful guide to its meaning and parameters)

Usage

Extracts the contour (boundary, 1 pixel wide) of the region. Subtracts a single binary erosion of the region from the region itself, leaving only the outer boundary. a and b are unused. Same implementation as the `boundary` seed op.

> The detailed description below is the original text — the summary and the headings are translated.

HALCON の `get_region_contour`(領域の輪郭を取得する演算、本来は XLD 輪郭として座標列を返す)とは出力形式が異なる近似 —— この backend は輪郭を region(画素マスク)として返し、XLD の座標点列にはしていない。

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
