height_width_ratio — 2D `features` op

外接矩形的縱橫比 `min(1, 高度/寬度)。僅當高度不超過寬度時才會回傳正確的比值,而在高度超過寬度(縱長)的區域中會飽和為 1.0(實作上的不對稱——這是只能表達「橫向扁平程度」、而非真正長寬比的近似)。作為 HALCON 的 height_width_ratio`(Compute the width, height, and aspect ratio of the surrounding rectangle parallel to the coordinate axes.)的替代。
