nonmax_suppression_amp — 2D segmentation op

Data kinds: imageregion

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "nonmax_suppression_amp", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

HALCON equivalent: nonmax_suppression_amp (the HALCON reference is a useful guide to its meaning and parameters)

Usage

Non-maximum suppression that extracts local maxima. Only pixels that match the maximum value in their window and exceed the threshold `0.3+0.4b` are kept as foreground. a sets the window size to 3/5/7/9.
