frame_difference_causal — VIDEOSTREAM recursive op

Data kinds: videovideo

Call: import videostream; videostream.frame_difference_causal(video) -> 'np.ndarray' (or opsvideostream.get("frame_difference_causal"))

Usage

`|frame t − frame t−1| with a zero first frame → (T, H, W) (video`).

Same length as the input (unlike :func:videops.frame_difference, `T−1`),

so it composes frame-for-frame with the other stream ops.
