Normalized 2nd central moment of the point set: mu20 + mu02.
Each `mu` is the per-point mean of the squared centred coordinate
(HALCON's moments_points_xld normalizes central moments by point count).
The trace mu20+mu02 is a single rotation-invariant scalar.
