xsitk_closing_by_recon — 2D extra op

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "xsitk_closing_by_recon", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

Usage

Closing by reconstruction (SimpleITK `ClosingByReconstruction`, the dual of xsitk_opening_by_recon). Performs the erosion after dilation as masked reconstruction, filling only small dark depressions while preserving contours.
