xsitk_opening_by_recon — 2D extra op

Data kinds: imageimage

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "xsitk_opening_by_recon", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

Usage

Opening by reconstruction (SimpleITK `OpeningByReconstruction`). Unlike ordinary grayscale opening (erosion followed by dilation), the dilation after erosion is performed as masked reconstruction, so only small bright protrusions are removed without distorting the contours of the remaining regions.

> The detailed description below is the original text — the summary and the headings are translated.

`a は構造要素の半径(1+int(a*4) で両軸とも 1〜5)を振る。b` は未使用。出力は [0,1] にクリップ。

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
