xsk3_h_minima — 2D segmentation op

Call: fullseye.apply(img, "xsk3_h_minima", a=0.5, b=0.5) (the 2-D model is one image plus two scalar knobs a,b∈[0,1])

Usage

h-minima transform (skimage `morphology.h_minima). Flattens shallow valleys (local minima) with depth less than h`, then binary-marks the remaining minima - a valley-picking process similar to xmh_regmin, but one that can explicitly exclude shallow, noise-derived valleys by depth.
