Usage

A non-isotropic zoom with independent scale factors for the height and width directions (`0.7+0.6*a, 0.7+0.6*b). Scales via an affine transform relative to the center, keeping the canvas size unchanged (areas that overflow or remain are filled by reflection). Corresponds to HALCON's zoom_image_factor` (Zoom an image by a given factor), and like HALCON, takes two scale factors (ScaleHeight/ScaleWidth).
