Usage

A zoom that resamples to a target size (height `H*(0.5+a), width W*(0.5+b)). Whereas zoom_image_factor takes two scale factors, this one specifies the **size** itself independently for height and width -- a different semantics from HALCON's. However, since this pipeline's image contract requires "returned at the same canvas size as the input," the resampled result is placed at the top-left of a canvas at the original resolution, padded with 0, and any overflow is cropped (the image visibly appears shrunk/enlarged, but the array's shape itself does not change). Corresponds to HALCON's zoom_image_size` (Zoom an image to a given size).
