This module provides the Ukrainian National Classifier of Occupations DK 003:2010 (Класифікатор професій ДК 003:2010), the official Ukrainian standard maintained by Derzhspozhyvstandart of Ukraine.

For Ukrainian HR specialists, the presence of DK 003:2010 is a baseline expected feature of any HR software used in Ukraine. Other modules can reference l10n.ua.hr.job.classification records via Many2one fields to attach official profession codes to their own records.

After installation, the classifier is accessible under Employees → Configuration → Classifications:
The catalog is preloaded automatically at install time. No additional configuration is required.

The classifier data is based on the Ukrainian National Classifier of Occupations DK 003:2010 (Класифікатор професій ДК 003:2010), an official state standard maintained by Derzhspozhyvstandart of Ukraine.
Legal basis: DK 003:2010 was approved by Order No. 327 of the State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy dated 28 July 2010 (наказ Держспоживстандарту України №327 від 28.07.2010), in force since 1 November 2010.

Copyright status: As an official state standard, DK 003:2010 is exempt from copyright protection under Ukraine’s Law on Copyright and Related Rights (Article 8), which excludes official documents of state authorities and non-original factual databases. Redistribution of the classifier data alongside this module under AGPL-3 is therefore lawful.
