export. Your invoice data is safe; this is a display/export bug and not a data
loss issue. I understand this blocked your month-end close, so we are treating
it as a priority billing workflow issue.

We have escalated this to our billing engineering team and will follow up by
Friday with an update. I cannot confirm refund eligibility from here, but I
opened a billing review so the account team can respond on that part.
