Subject: Invoice export failed and refund question

Hi team,

Our finance analyst tried exporting the March invoice CSV three times today.
The export job shows "completed" but the downloaded CSV only has headers.

Can you confirm whether this is a known issue, whether the data is safe, and
when we can expect a fix? We also need to know if we qualify for a refund
because this blocked our month-end close.
