_enummanager.py - ZMS Enumeration Manager

This module implements EnumManager, a mixin class that loads enumeration values from XML files in the product import folder. It provides a method getValues that reads an XML file corresponding to a given enumeration ID and returns the entries as a list of key/value pairs. The XML files are expected to be named in the format 'enum.{id}.xml' and located in the import directory of the product. The module uses the XmlAttrBuilder from the _xmllib module to parse the XML files and extract the enumeration values.
