name: A multi-line comment with text after its closing delimiter is not a directive
why: The one-line form requires the comment to be the whole line, so text after the delimiter defeats it there; the multi-line form inherits that rather than inventing a second rule. Prettier joins this input too, measured, so neither tool reads a comment that closes partway along a line as its marker. What follows the delimiter is content the author wrote outside the comment, and a marker that governed a paragraph while carrying arbitrary text beside it would be a different feature.
