`fill` marks the page as one that wants the shell's height rather than its
content's. `mvp-page-fill` is what the shell keys off (see the rule in
mvp/tailwind/base.css) — the shell cannot otherwise know, because this
component renders inside the content block, long after the shell around it.
It also drops `mb-16`: a bottom margin under a page that is already exactly
as tall as the space it was given is 4rem of overflow.
