Subject: I built something — need your eyes on it

Hey,

I know you're busy (when are we not), so I'll keep this short.

I've been working on something after hours for a while now. It's called EDUagent — an AI assistant that actually sounds like you when it writes lesson plans.

Here's what I mean: I pointed it at 9 years of my lesson plans from Great Neck South. All my Global History stuff — the DBQs, the document analyses, everything. And now when I ask it to plan a lesson, it comes back with MY format:

AIM: Was World War I inevitable, or could it have been prevented?
Do Now: Examine the political cartoon (source provided). What message
is the artist conveying about European alliances?
Mini-Lesson: Document analysis — three primary sources on militarism,
  alliances, and nationalism.
Exit Ticket: Which cause of WWI do you think was most significant? Why?

That's not a generic AI template. That's how I actually teach. It learned my voice.

It also does:
- Full unit plans (with essential questions, lesson sequences, assessments)
- Worksheets and rubrics that match your style
- IEP/504 accommodations baked in
- A student chatbot so kids can ask questions at 11pm (and get answers in your voice, not some generic AI)

What I need from you: 30 minutes of your time. Install it, try it with your subject, and tell me what's broken, what's missing, and what would actually make you use this on a Sunday night.

To install:
  pip install eduagent
  eduagent chat

If pip sounds like a foreign language, just text me and I'll walk you through it in 5 minutes. Or I'll come set it up on your laptop during lunch.

This isn't a company. There's no sales pitch. It's just a teacher who got tired of spending Sundays writing lesson plans and decided to do something about it.

Thanks for being one of the first people I'm sharing this with.

— Jon
